Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan). Place your Chicken Kiev on a baking tray and cook for 25–30 minutes, or until the coating is golden and the centre is piping hot throughout (minimum internal temperature 75°C). Rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the buttery filling to settle.
