Cooking Tip
Remove the chicken from the fridge 30–60 minutes before cooking. Season generously, roast at 190°C (fan 170°C) for approximately 20 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Always rest before carving to allow juices to redistribute for maximum succulence.
